Terms of Service

Nexus is a third-party Roblox script executor: software that lets a user run Lua scripts inside the Roblox client. Nexus is built and distributed independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation in any way.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or purchase a license. If you are under the age required to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, you may only use Nexus with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• One license is intended for use by a single person. Sharing or reselling accounts or license keys is not permitted.

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, decompile, reverse-engineer, or rehost Nexus.
• Use Nexus to attack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any system.
• Use Nexus in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of a third party.
• Circumvent licensing, payment, or access controls.

Running third-party software like Nexus is against Roblox's Terms of Use. Using Nexus is entirely at your own risk with respect to your Roblox account — including the risk of a warning, suspension, or permanent ban issued by Roblox Corporation. Nexus has no control over Roblox's moderation decisions and cannot intervene on your behalf if your Roblox account is actioned.

Plans are billed for the period you select at checkout (weekly or monthly). Purchasing a plan grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use Nexus for that period — it does not transfer any ownership of the software to you. Pricing is listed on the product page and may change going forward; changes won't affect a period you've already paid for.

Refunds are handled under a separate Refund Policy. In short: refunds are issued when something is wrong on our end — not for a change of mind or for anything that happens to your Roblox account as a result of using third-party software.

We can suspend or terminate access to Nexus for any account that violates these terms, without a refund for the remaining period, at our discretion. You can stop using Nexus and let your plan expire at any time.

Nexus is provided "as is." We work to keep it stable and updated, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every game or configuration at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexus and its team aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software — including, without limitation, any action taken against your Roblox account.

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Nexus after an update means you accept the revised terms.
