Refund Policy
We issue refunds when something is genuinely wrong with the software or on our side — not for a change of mind. Here's exactly how that works.
The short version
Nexus is delivered instantly and consumed the moment you use it, so we can't treat purchases like a standard "try it and return it" retail product. A refund is appropriate when we didn't deliver what you paid for — not when the software worked as advertised but something else about the situation didn't go your way.
Refundable
- Nexus fails to inject or run at all after following the setup steps correctly.
- You were charged but never received a working license or access to the client.
- A billing error on our side — duplicate charge, wrong amount, failed delivery after payment.
- An outage on our side that leaves the service unusable for an extended period.
Not refundable
- You changed your mind after purchasing.
- Your Roblox account was warned, suspended, or banned as a result of using third-party software — that risk is disclosed up front and is on the user, not Nexus.
- You misused the software, shared your license, or violated the Terms of Service.
- A specific script from the hub didn't work as expected — that's a script issue, not a Nexus software issue.
How to request one
Open a ticket in our Discord support channel, explain what went wrong, and include your order details. We don't have a dedicated refund email set up yet, so Discord is the only way to reach us for now — a real support contact will be added here before Nexus fully launches. Our team reviews every request individually and will let you know the outcome directly in your ticket.
If a refund is approved
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and access to the license is revoked at the same time. Processing time depends on your payment provider, typically a few business days.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Nexus grows. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
